Free calculators for vet clinics, shelters, rescues, breeders, trainers and pet blogs. No sign-up, no ads, no cookies. Paste one snippet and the calculator appears on your page.
How to add one
Pick a calculator below and press Copy code.
Paste it where the calculator should appear: a Custom HTML block in WordPress, a Code block
in Squarespace, or Embed HTML in Wix.
Keep the credit line under the frame. It is how your visitors find the formula and sources.
Every calculator runs in your visitor’s browser: nothing they type is sent anywhere. The frame
loads only when it scrolls into view, and when a formula is corrected here, the copy on your
site updates by itself.
Dog Calorie Calculator
Calculate how many calories your dog needs per day from body weight, life stage and activity level, using the standard RER and MER veterinary formulas.
Dog food portion calculator: turn a daily calorie target into grams or cups of the food you buy, from manufacturer-verified kcal/kg figures or your own bag.
Xylitol toxicity calculator for dogs: the dose from gum, peanut butter or baked goods, and whether it reaches the hypoglycemia or liver failure threshold.
Grape and raisin toxicity calculator for dogs: check the risk by body weight. Any amount can be dangerous; this shows where reported toxic doses begin.
Dog pregnancy calculator: enter the mating date for the due date (day 63), the normal 57 to 72 day range, and dated ultrasound, X-ray and whelping milestones.
Yes. The only ask is that the credit line stays under the calculator.
Do you track my visitors?
The calculator page counts views without cookies, the same way as the rest of this site, and
nothing a visitor enters into a calculator leaves their browser. See the privacy page.
Is this veterinary advice?
No. Each calculator applies a published veterinary formula or threshold, and says so. It is a
starting point for a conversation with a vet, which is why the toxicity calculators show poison
control numbers when a dose is dangerous.
Can I get a different calculator or color scheme?
Possibly. Get in touch and say which calculator and where it would go.
